To avoid disrupting your project progress or business plans, please note that during the holiday:
- Production and on-site after-sales services for our core products—mold temperature controller and industrial chillers—will be temporarily suspended.
- If you have upcoming needs related to product orders, deliveries, technical consultations, or after-sales support, we strongly recommend contacting your dedicated Hengde representative before the holiday (by September 30 at the latest). This will allow us to finalize handovers, adjust timelines, or provide necessary pre-holiday support to ensure your needs are addressed.
For urgent matters that may arise during the holiday, please reach out to our designated emergency contact (contact information provided by your account manager). We will respond promptly to critical requests to minimize any inconvenience.
